Each level offers sleeping accommodations, a full bathroom and access to a furnished deck. Main level The inviting main-floor living room features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV and a corner stone gas fireplace. The fireplace is available seasonally from October through April. The rustic dining area includes a farmhouse table with benches and chairs—perfect for family meals, board games and conversations after a day exploring Pigeon Forge. Shared indoor heated resort pool Guests enjoy access to Hidden Springs Resort’s shared indoor heated pool, open year-round. This is a community resort amenity located separately from the cabin. The pool is not private and is not located inside or attached to the cabin. Fully equipped kitchen Prepare breakfast before heading to Dollywood or enjoy a relaxed family dinner at the cabin. The kitchen includes: • Full-size appliances • Granite countertops • Pots, pans and cooking utensils • Dinnerware and glassware • Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers • Crockpot • Blender and toaster A starter supply of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. Three furnished decks Each level has a furnished outdoor deck where guests can enjoy morning coffee, relax with a book or take in the quiet forest surroundings. The main-level deck includes the private hot tub, while the spacious lower deck provides additional room to relax. Please note that Dolly’s Hideaway offers peaceful wooded surroundings rather than mountain views. Charcoal grill Prepare an outdoor meal after a day exploring the Smoky Mountains. A charcoal grill is provided; guests should bring their own charcoal. Dog-friendly Pigeon Forge cabin Dolly’s Hideaway welcomes up to two approved dogs. The pet fee is $55 per dog, per night. All dogs must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival. Cats are not permitted. We will respond promptly and make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee third-party service or restoration times. Temporary outages, weather-related travel disruptions, road conditions, or closures of attractions or shared amenities do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined under applicable law and the booking platform’s policies. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, illness, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESORT POOL Guests enjoy access to the resort’s shared indoor heated pool. The pool is located in the resort’s community amenity building—it is not inside or attached to the cabin. The pool is operated and maintained by the homeowners association (HOA), not by the cabin owner or host. Pool hours and availability are determined by the HOA and may change without notice. The HOA may temporarily close the pool for maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, vandalism or circumstances beyond the host’s control. Weekend closures may not be communicated to homeowners until the HOA office reopens. We will notify guests promptly whenever we receive information regarding a closure. Because this is a shared amenity outside the host’s control, pool availability cannot be guaranteed, and a pool closure does not qualify for a refund except where required by Airbnb policy or applicable law. SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE Dolly’s Hideaway is located in a natural wooded setting near Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Wildlife is part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and guests may see or hear groundhogs, raccoons, insects and occasionally bears. The cabin receives regular professional pest-control service and is cleaned before every stay. However, insects and wildlife cannot be completely eliminated in a mountain environment. Please keep doors closed, secure all food and trash, and never leave food outside or feed wildlife. LADYBUG SEASON Fall and winter are commonly known as ladybug season in the Smoky Mountains. Ladybugs are attracted to warm cabins and may appear around windows, doors, vents and other sunny areas—even shortly after the cabin has been professionally cleaned. Although the cabin receives routine pest-control treatment and ladybugs are removed during cleaning, they may return quickly. Their presence is a seasonal part of mountain living and does not indicate that the cabin has not been cleaned. MOUNTAIN ROADS, WEATHER AND UTILITIES Mountain roads throughout the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area may be steep, narrow, winding or temporarily affected by changing weather conditions. Road and attraction closures can change throughout the day. Storms may cause power outages or make roads difficult or temporarily impassable. A power outage may also interrupt water, heat, Wi-Fi and other electrically powered services. These community-wide events are outside the host’s control and do not qualify for a refund except where required by Airbnb policy. Guests traveling during winter or severe weather should monitor the forecast and arrive prepared with drinking water, nonperishable food and any necessary vehicle equipment. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. WI-FI AND CELL SERVICE Wi-Fi and cellular service can occasionally be slow, spotty or temporarily unavailable in the mountains. Before traveling, we recommend downloading offline maps and saving your cabin access information. If the internet stops working, first power-cycle the router by unplugging it, waiting approximately 60 seconds and plugging it back in. Service interruptions caused by utility or internet providers are outside the host’s control. PET POLICY Dolly’s Hideaway is dog-friendly with prior disclosure and approval. • Pet fee: $55 per dog, per night • Dogs only; no cats • All dogs must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival • Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture • Dogs must be crated when left unattended • Guests must clean up all pet waste Undisclosed pets or pet-policy violations may result in additional cleaning, sanitization, damage or replacement charges.
