Welcome to Heavenly Heights Lodge by Mountain to Waves Vacation Rentals, a spacious, pet-friendly Blue Ridge Mountain retreat designed for large families, multi-generational vacations, reunions and group getaways. Set at approximately 3,000 feet on 26 private acres, this 4,500-square-foot lodge offers six sleeping areas, 4.5 bathrooms and accommodations for up to 16 guests. Soaring cathedral ceilings, warm wood interiors and expansive windows showcase breathtaking long-range mountain views throughout the home. Spread across three levels, the lodge gives everyone room to relax while offering plenty of inviting spaces to gather. Sleeping Arrangements Primary suite: King bed, sitting area, fireplace and private bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed with mountain views Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: King bed with mountain views Bunk room: Full-over-full bunk beds Open loft: Two queen beds All bedrooms have light-filtering curtains so guests can enjoy the mountain views. Because the rooms do not have blackout curtains, light-sensitive sleepers may wish to bring an eye mask. Living and Dining Areas The main living room features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, abundant natural light and a beautiful stone fireplace. The indoor fireplace is available seasonally from October through April. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the breakfast nook and four at the kitchen island—ideal for shared meals and family celebrations. Elopements and Intimate Celebrations Heavenly Heights Lodge provides a beautiful setting for elopements and small daytime celebrations with advance host approval. Maximum overnight occupancy: 16 guests Maximum daytime occupancy: 20 guests Prior approval and an additional event fee are required Large parties and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited Please contact us before booking if you are planning an elopement or celebration. Pet-Friendly Mountain Retreat Up to four approved dogs are welcome for $55 per dog, per night. All dogs must be disclosed and included in the reservation before arrival. Dogs must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted on furniture, beds or in the hot tub. Guests are responsible for removing pet waste and for any pet-related damage or extraordinary cleaning. Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies. Service animals are accommodated according to Airbnb policy and applicable law. Good to Know Before Booking Mountain Road Access The lodge’s privacy and spectacular views require mountain-road access. The final approach includes a gravel road with two switchbacks. Experienced drivers, including our cleaning team, regularly reach the lodge in 2WD vehicles during normal conditions. However, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD for greater comfort, and it is required during snow, ice or heavy rain. Additional parking is available at the lower portion of the property for guests who are not comfortable driving to the top. The final approach is a gravel road with two switchbacks. Our guests and cleaning team regularly reach the lodge in 2WD vehicles during normal conditions. However, because mountain-driving experience varies, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended and is required during snow, ice or heavy rain. Additional parking is available near the bottom of the hill on our property for guests who are uncomfortable driving to the lodge. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about the road or vehicle requirements. 🐻 WILDLIFE & MOUNTAIN LIVING The lodge is surrounded by nature, so you may see deer, groundhogs, raccoons, insects and occasional bears. • Never feed or approach wildlife • Do not leave food, coolers or trash outdoors • Keep all exterior doors closed • Secure bagged trash inside the designated bear-resistant containers • Children and dogs should be supervised outside The home receives regular professional pest-control service. However, insects and wildlife are a natural part of staying in the Blue Ridge Mountains. During fall and winter, ladybugs may gather around windows, doors and vents because they are attracted to warmth. The lodge is professionally cleaned before every stay, but these seasonal insects may return quickly after cleaning. 📱 WI-FI & CELL SERVICE High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, but internet and cellular service can occasionally be interrupted because of the mountain location, severe weather or service-provider outages. We recommend downloading driving directions and local maps before arrival. If the internet temporarily disconnects, power-cycling the router may restore service. 🌧 WEATHER, POWER OUTAGES & TRAVEL INSURANCE Mountain weather can change quickly. Storms, snow, ice and heavy rain may affect road conditions, internet service, utilities or access to the property. During a power outage, the lodge may temporarily lose water, heat and internet service. Guests traveling during winter or severe-weather periods should arrive with drinking water, nonperishable food and other essentials. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against weather-related disruptions, illness, transportation delays and other unexpected circumstances. Mountain weather and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect electricity, water, Wi-Fi, cellular service, road conditions, local attractions. We will respond promptly and make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee third-party service or restoration times. Temporary outages, weather-related travel disruptions, road conditions, or closures of attractions or shared amenities do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined under applicable law and the booking platform’s policies. 🌲 The lodge is located on 26 acres of a private mountain side with woods around. 🌲 There are no houses/cabins nearby. We share our space with wildlife like deers, owls, ground-hogs, squirrels and the occasional bears that are present in the mountains! 🌲 You will likely see and hear critters. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. 🌲 If you see a bear during your stay do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

Guests will enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire Heavenly Heights Lodge by Mountain to Waves Vacation Rentals, including all living spaces, bedrooms, two kitchens, home theater, game room, private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, mountain-view decks and surrounding 26-acre property. The lodge is never shared with homeowners or other guests. There are no shared yards, patios, amenities or indoor spaces, allowing your family or group to enjoy a peaceful and secluded Blue Ridge Mountain getaway. Contactless self-check-in is provided through a Smart Lock. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be sent before check-in. Ample on-site parking is available for your group.

🌲 We have ample space to park multiple cars, RV, Camper or ATV’s in the front and the side of the house. 🌲 Roads leading up to the lodge are all on gravel with a few switchbacks (sharp turns) along the way. Switchbacks are very common for lodge that are located high in the mountainous region. Once you get to the lodge, the view is worth the drive. We have had guests and our cleaning crew who drive up comfortably using their 2WD vehicles. However, as we do not know the driving experience and comfort level of each of our guests so we recommend please use a 4WD as these are mountainous roads. During snow/ice/heavy rains, an AWD/4WD is A MUST. 🌲 If you have questions on the drive up to the lodge, please ask through airbnb messages or call us after your booking - we will share all details including a video of the drive up the lodge.
