Additional street parking may be available — please check with host for local guidelines. 🏖 Beach-ready: We provide bath towels, linens, beach buggy, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys so you can travel light and hit the sand right away. 🔥 Firewood is complimentary, so you can enjoy cozy evenings around the fire pit. 📸 For your security, outdoor surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. 🐾 Pet Policy – Dog-Friendly Rental We love hosting pets at our Oak Island beach house! Dogs only. No cats. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets are a violation of house rules and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. Pet Fee: $55 per pet, per night (charged through Airbnb). Rules: • Maximum 2 dogs • Dogs must be crated when left unattended • No pets on furniture or beds • Pets are not permitted in the pool • Guests are responsible for all pet waste cleanup (yard, deck, and beach access areas) Unauthorized Pets: Bringing undisclosed or unauthorized pets will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, in addition to any extra cleaning, sanitization, or replacement costs caused by pet-related contamination (including bedding, furniture, rugs, upholstery, pool area, and outdoor furnishings). Service Animals: Guests traveling with a service animal must notify the host prior to booking. While service animals are not subject to pet fees, guests remain responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning required as a result of the stay. The home is professionally inspected after each stay.
